Let's Build Together

Our Purpose

Ace Contracting Enterprises was founded by Robert and Ann Dake in 2000 to provide great service and be an unparalleled resource to our clients in the commercial construction industry. We offer a full range of Selective Demolition and Concrete Cutting services to General Contractors, Construction Managers, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Contractors throughout Florida.

Our Core Values

Our core values represent the qualities we look for in the people we hire, our beliefs on how we should conduct business, and how we should aspire to do our very best work. We strive to do the right thing, every time. We take responsibility for the commitments we make and understand it is our obligation to follow through. Our clients and employees like us because we do what we say we’re going to do, and we do it right the first time.

Selective Demolition

Selective demolition includes selective removal and subsequent disposal of portions of buildings or structures, components within the building such as ceiling systems, flooring systems, wall systems, roofing systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components, selected site elements, and other items indicated to be removed in contract drawings and contract documents. We specialize in selective demolition work on commercial renovation, expansion, remodeling, and energy improvement projects.

Core Drilling

Diamond core drilling is a technique used to drill precise holes in concrete. Typical projects requiring holes to be drilled might include holes in concrete for handrails, anchors, pipes, conduits, access, or vents. Customers who normally need this service include electrical, plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), and fire protection contractors.

Flat Sawing

Flat or “Slab” sawing is the most commonly used diamond-cutting method. It is typically used to cut horizontal flat surfaces such as floors, bridge decks, and pavement. Also called slab saws, flat saws feature a diamond blade that is mounted on a walk-behind machine requiring only one operator. They can cut up to 24” in depth. Flat saws are typically used to saw cut plumbing and electrical trenches in floor slabs, provide expansion joints, remove damaged pavement sections, clean and prepare random cracks for repair, and remove concrete sections for demolition purposes.

Hand / Chain Sawing

Hand sawing involves diamond blades in hand-held power and chain-type saws. This technique provides portability, speed, and accessibility at construction and demolition sites. Typical applications include openings for doors, windows, ducts, louvers, electrical, plumbing, and other needs in concrete walls, floors, and ceilings, eliminating overcuts associated with other types of sawing, and precision trimming.

Wall Sawing

Wall sawing employs a circular blade on a track-mounted machine. The track is attached to horizontal walls or steep inclines that will not permit the use of flat saws. Wall or track sawing is typically specified to cut precise dimensional door, vent, and window openings. It is also an excellent choice for creating precise openings in any concrete structure.
